Undergraduate students interested in changing to a Geosciences major must have a GPR of 2.0 or higher and have taken at least one class in the major they are changing into. First semester freshmen and first semester transfer students may not change into a College of Geosciences major until the first semester grades are posted.

If the minimum requirements are met, students should schedule a meeting with the Academic Advisor of the desired major, which will be followed by a meeting with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.

Students who are currently in the College of Geosciences, but would like to change their major to another College of Geosciences major should schedule a meeting with the Academic Advisor of the desired major.
